- Leading and developing facilities teams to deliver exceptional service standards. \n
- Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements. \n
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, statutory obligations, COSHH, and company policies. \n
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and service excellence. \n
- Managing budgets, labour resources, workforce planning, and operational costs. \n
- Overseeing contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of performance and value. \n
- Building strong client relationships and acting as the key point of contact for facilities services. \n
- Supporting maintenance programmes, asset management, and sustainability initiatives. \n

- Experience in a Facilities Manager or senior FM leadership role. \n
- Strong understanding of integrated facilities management, including hard and soft services. \n
- Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers, and operational performance. \n
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance, and risk management. \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and resources. \n
- IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM, or equivalent qualification desirable. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
