Job Summary
A direct hire opportunity is available for a Business-Customer Service Manager in Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced customer service, business relations, or account management leader who enjoys supporting customers, guiding internal teams, and partnering closely with sales, operations, accounting, quality, and factory teams.
The Business-Customer Service Manager will oversee Business Relations Executives, manage customer requests and key accounts, support sales activity, and help improve service processes. This position offers the opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement.
This is a strong fit for a motivated leader who is organized, responsive, goal oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or operations support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Business Relations Executives while helping lead the customer service department’s strategic plan.
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries, requests, leads, quotes, orders, complaints, and account updates through phone, fax, email, and CRM systems.
- Partner with sales engineers, outside sales, vendors, accounting, quality, and factory teams to resolve customer issues, expedite orders, and support account growth.
- Proactively manage assigned accounts, territories, and key customer relationships while identifying decision makers and sales opportunities.
- Track customer feedback, complaints, service metrics, and improvement opportunities that may impact customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of Quality Management System procedures and support related processes, including RGA responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Riverside, CA.
