Maintenance Technician - Direct Placement
Pay: $25-$35 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Direct Placement
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct placement opportunity. This is primarily a 1st shift position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work safely and attend required safety training.
- Ability to remain aware of your surroundings and follow safety procedures.
- Previous manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
- Ability to use measurement equipment such as tape measures, micrometers, and other tools.
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
- Ability to occasionally assist with off-shift coverage when needed.
- Respond to floor calls and write work orders for additional work required.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Complete maintenance work orders.
- Read and understand hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
- Communicate effectively between shifts and with machine operators.
- Start up production and support equipment.
- Clean up after completing maintenance jobs.
- Use hand tools and maintenance equipment as required.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, or other maintenance equipment as needed.
- Stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
