Job Description

Job Responsibilities- Work 10 to 14 days each month, with clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Manage 16 to 20 patients per shift.
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient care, including admissions.
- Engage in a mix of clinic (60%), hospital (10%), and procedures/surgeries (30%).
- Perform cystoscopy, stent placement, prostate biopsy, and vasectomy.
- Conduct robotic surgery, laparoscopic procedures, ureteroscopy, and nephrectomy.
- Cover pediatric testicular torsion and pediatric urology in the ER.
- Participate in beeper call with a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio and a 15-minute response time.
