Key Responsibilities
  • As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Your role will include delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions regularly.
  • Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
