Pay Structure:

• Earn between 58-70 cents per mile (based on experience).
• Average weekly mileage of 2,300–2,500 miles (with potential for over 3,000 miles).
• Compensation for picks, drops, detention, and layovers.
• Merit pay available within the first 60 days.
• Annual longevity pay increases.
• Referral bonuses offered.

Your Truck:

Drive a late-model International LT625 (average fleet age: 2 years) equipped with:

• Fully automatic transmission.
• SiriusXM All Access CB Radio.
• APU inverter.
• Refrigerator and optional TV mount with in-cab Wi-Fi.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
• Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
• Clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
