What We Provide:- A Flourishing OB/GYN Practice: Engage in an average of 80 deliveries each month.
- Delivery Location: All deliveries occur at a Level II Trauma Center located just 2 miles from our outpatient clinic.
- Hospital Call: Participate in a 1 in 5 hospital call schedule with partial midwife support.
- Advanced Technology: Access to state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment on-site.
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine Support: On-staff MFM specialists available for OB ultrasound readings and high-risk patient consultations via telehealth, as well as phone support for providers.
- Low C-Section Rate: Our C-section rate is maintained at under 20%.
- Unique Offerings: We are the only practice in the area providing TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean).
- Comprehensive GYN Care: Full-scope gynecological services, including menopausal hormonal treatments and transgender therapies.
- GYN Surgical Procedures: Opportunities to perform robotic surgeries.
- Support Team: Collaborate with RNs, CMAs, experienced on-site ultrasound technicians specializing in high-risk OB scans, and bilingual medical interpreters.
- Competitive Salary: A starting base salary of $280,000 annually, along with an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend.

- MD or DO degree with completion of an OB/GYN residency.
- Board eligible or board certified status.
- Possession or ability to obtain an unrestricted Arizona License and DEA.
- Approval for hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN surgeries.
- Preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
