Responsibilities
  • Staff in this role are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with HHS standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) must exhibit the necessary knowledge and skills to provide care tailored to the needs of patients across all medical-surgical units, including rehabilitation.
  • The RN is tasked with planning patient care, which includes developing, modifying, and executing the care plan according to HHS standards to ensure quality patient care as outlined in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
  • The RN candidate is expected to comply with the regulations established by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other regulatory bodies, including CMS and TJC.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Associate degree (2-year)
  • BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hire or transfer into this position and before providing direct patient care
  • Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
