Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift
Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks
Available Shifts: Days and Nights
Status: Per Diem (PRN) Available

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice. Additionally, the Registered Nurse will guide patient and family education and oversee the activities of other nursing staff while upholding care standards in the Telemetry Unit. Accountability for the care provided to assigned patients rests directly with the Registered Nurse. Effective communication with physicians regarding any changes in the patient's clinical status, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic results, and symptomatology, is essential. The ability to respond swiftly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response is crucial.
Qualifications- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintenance of certification
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire
- Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintenance of certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
Our organization offers competitive compensation. The estimated pay range for this position is $75.00–$85.00 per hour, applicable to residents of California. This estimate does not account for variations in other locations. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
