Job Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, including evening call after shifts.
• Commit to 5 to 7 shifts per month.
• Manage a patient load of 8 to 15 daily, with higher volumes during winter months.
• Provide care in an inpatient pediatric floor setting.
• Handle both inpatient rounding and call duties.
• Perform intubation as required.
• Conduct admissions with a callback rate of 5 to 10%.
• Engage in phone consultations as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $125.00 to $150.00.
