Quick Facts Location: Lebanon, PA, United States Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date: 01/28/2027 Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, plus on-call coverage Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum (1099) Licenses/Certifications: Unrestricted CRNA license, ACLS, BLS, DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical practice Pay & Benefits Rate: $265.00/hour (all-inclusive) On-Call Pay: $50/hour (weekday evenings, weekends) Call Back Rate: $350/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide anesthesiology services for general, orthopedic, plastic, ENT, urologic, podiatric, minor vascular, gynecology, endoscopy, dental, and ophthalmologic procedures Manage anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgeries in accordance with ASA guidelines Collaborate with VA healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain documentation and communication during scheduled hours and on-call periods Ensure timely patient assessments and anesthesia delivery in accordance with facility policies Provide phone consultations during off-hours, with on-site availability within 60 minutes as needed Comply with VA rules related to patient wait times and consultation completion What You Need Required: Unrestricted CRNA license in any state Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesia ACLS, BLS certifications DEA registration Minimum 1 year of clinical anesthesia experience Preferred: Experience working with veteran populations Familiarity with VA healthcare protocols About the Assignment This assignment is at a prominent VA facility in Lebanon, PA, dedicated to providing high-quality surgical and anesthesiology services to eligible veterans.
