Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical ICU - 10K Sign On

The Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) specializes in providing post-operative care for children and young adults after various surgical procedures, including general surgery, transplantation, neurosurgery, craniofacial reconstruction, orthopedic surgery, and trauma. Our MSICU ranks among the busiest pediatric intensive care units in the United States and is recognized as one of the largest centers for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).

• Delivering care to patients facing life-threatening or potentially life-threatening conditions that are complex, progressive, and rapidly evolving, catering to individuals from newborns to young adults.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience in pediatric or adult ICU settings is preferred, with a focus on pediatric ICU experience being advantageous.

• Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts is required.

• This role qualifies for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Please note that this offer is not available to internal candidates or former employees who have worked with us in the past two years.
