As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Experience- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a commitment to maintaining good standing throughout employment
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively
- Communicate and collaborate efficiently within an interdisciplinary team
