Description Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Director include: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a manufacturing and production company in Boston, MA. Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and support strategic growth initiatives. Oversee financial controls, compliance, and operational performance analysis. Develop and mentor the finance team while providing key business insights and recommendations. Profile The successful Senior Finance Director is: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within the manufacturing and production industry. Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering.
