Locum Tenens NP - Neurosurgery Job Opportunity in SC

• Clinic Hours: 9 AM - 3:30 PM; rounds are required before clinic hours.
• On-Call Requirements: One weeknight call and one weekend day call each week.
• Patient Load: Average of 5 - 10 hospital patients per mid-level provider daily.
• Case Mix: 50% trauma cases; exclusively adult patient population.
• Surgical Responsibilities: 6 - 12 surgeries daily; 1 - 2 admissions.
• Required Skills:
  • EVD placement
  • Lumbar drain
  • ICP monitor placement
  • Suturing
  • Lumbar puncture
  • Primary surgical management of complex wounds
• Patient Care: Includes ICU patients in an inpatient/acute care setting.
