ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Float LPN, your role will involve:
- Delivering efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and ensure patient and family satisfaction.
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Providing direct patient care.
- Supervising care provided by unlicensed staff.
- A graduate from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program is essential.
- Current licensure from the State Board of Nursing is required.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and visitors when addressing their medical and physical needs.
- Current BLS/CPR certification must be maintained (as required by state regulations for all SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as applicable).
