Location: Lamar, SC
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
⏰ Overtime: Possible overtime on Fridays

Olsten Staffing is currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a growing manufacturing facility in the Lamar area. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for a stable first-shift position.
Responsibilities
- Perform Industrial MIG welding on a variety of metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Previous INDUSTRIAL MIG welding experience required, no robotics
- Welding certifications are required
- Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
