Key Responsibilities- Participate in 24-hour orthopedic trauma call with a 1:6 call ratio.
- Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Provide scheduled clinical hours along with call coverage.
- Engage in both inpatient and outpatient practice settings.
- Conduct admissions and round on assigned patients.
- Perform preferred procedures including arthroscopy, total joint replacement, and spine surgeries.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet ongoing coverage needs.
- Hourly pay ranges from $200.00 to $240.00.
- Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
- All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
