Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention plans
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
- Excellent communication and consultation skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Dedication to supporting a diverse student population
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments to evaluate intellectual, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
- Interpret test results and use data to help guide instruction and intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member and contribute to individualized planning
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and direct support to students as needed
- Offer consultative services to teachers and staff in support of positive behavioral interventions
- Support the development of safe, equitable, and positive school climates
