Job Summary
A respected fire protection contractor in Southern California is seeking a Lead Fire Sprinkler Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in San Diego, CA. This position is ideal for an experienced fire sprinkler estimating professional looking to contribute to high-value commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, technology, and mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems.
• Review plans, specifications, bid packages, and addenda to perform detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining project profitability and supporting operational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, field leadership, and operations teams throughout preconstruction and project turnover.
• Participate in job walks, client meetings, proposal reviews, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with change orders, value engineering, scope reviews, and estimating best practices while ensuring compliance with NFPA standards.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience.
• Employment Type: Direct Hire.
• Location: San Diego, CA.
