Locums PA - Family Practice Opportunity in CA

Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts; option for 4/9-hour shifts available.
- Evening Shift: One evening shift per week (9 AM - 7 PM).
- Weekend Requirement: One weekend day each month.
- Patient Load: 20 - 24 patients during an 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 patients during a 9-hour shift.
- Patient Demographics: Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families, ages 6 months and older.
- Care Focus: Primary care, preventive care, and same-day services in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
- Spanish-speaking skills are advantageous.

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
