This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

\n

\n
• Annual volume: Not specified | 17-23 patients per shift | Approximately 20% admission rate
\n
• Physician shift times: Over 20 shifts per month available; mostly single physician coverage with some shift overlap. No call required.
\n
• NP/PA Coverage: Yes. Two Advanced Practice Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants) provide coverage.
\n
• Back up specialties available: Not specified. Coverage may extend to two critical access hospitals within 30 minutes of Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital.
\n
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
\n
• Certifications required: Wisconsin Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
