Locums PA - Neurosurgery Position in South Carolina

• Clinic Hours: 9 AM to 3:30 PM; rounds are necessary before clinic hours.
• On-Call Requirements: One weeknight call and one weekend day call each week.
• Patient Load: 5 to 10 hospital patients per mid-level provider daily.
• Inpatient Care: 50% trauma and 50% hospital-based; exclusively for the adult population.
• Surgical Procedures: 6 to 12 surgeries daily; 1 to 2 admissions.
• Required Skills: EVD placement, lumbar drain, lumbar puncture, and ICP monitor placement.
• Additional Responsibilities: Suturing, surgical care, and diagnostic/therapeutic taps.
• ICU Patients: Included in the patient care responsibilities.
• Housing and Travel: Complimentary arrangements provided.
