Program Administrator
Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
\nThe Program Administrator under the direction of the Director of Center Operations and/or Center Manager manages the activities of the PACE program which includes the daily operations, quality, customer service, service delivery and cost management along with serving in an oversight capacity of a site for coverage. Position also ensures compliance with established state, federal, and organizational regulations.
\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversees the day to day standards, fills in for staffing ratios, assists with scheduling, assists in fiscal management and quality improvement. \n
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. \n
- Monitors the quality of service and utilization of standards. \n
- Assists in development and implementations of quality improvement plans. \n
- Ensures staff provides the highest quality of care and services. \n
- Investigates and resolves concerns regarding care and services. \n
- Assists in tracking the timeliness of completion of service requests, falls, significant events, grievances and care plans. \n
- Oversite of the following specialty areas: \n
PACE Operations – Ensures all PACE requirements are met in terms of care planning, service delivery, grievances, appeals and other areas. Assists in overseeing customer service excellence especially with the Department Specialists/Receptionists. Works with the Center Manager in providing a robust food delivery service in a efficient and cost effective manner and in enhanced customer satisfaction experience. Provides coverage for Center Manager in their absence as needed.

- Ability to pass a ServSafe Food Protection Manager program and Allergen certificate. \n
- Frequent local travel amongst all Element Care centers. \n
- Performs other duties as required. \n
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or a related field preferred. \n
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with leading staff. \n
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a geriatric population. \n
- Knowledge of operations management. \n
- Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills. \n
- Ability to initiate and drive changes; demonstrated results-driven approach. \n
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, clinical care delivery processes, staffing and budgeting. \n
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills. \n
- COVID vaccinated preferred. \n
