GTM/Sales Recruiter

The GTM/Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth within the business services industry. This role is based in Philadelphia and focuses on recruiting across our US offices. Client Details Michael Page is a global recruitment agency that recruits across all industries. Description Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for future opportunities. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends to identify new recruitment opportunities. Profile A successful Recruiter-GTM should have: Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes. Experience recruiting for Sales & GTM professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 USD. Comprehensive health benefits package.
