Quick Facts Location: 3001 Saint Anthony Way, Pendleton, OR 97801 Start Date: 01/01/2027 End Date/Duration: 9-12 months Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Hours/Week: Approx. 40 Employment Type: Locum, part-time outpatient Licenses/Certs: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology; Oregon medical license preferred Experience: Proven outpatient hematology/oncology practice; Bone marrow biopsy experience required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $615-$650 per hour (rates to be confirmed upon offer) Orientation Rate: Half of hourly rate, applied after 8 hours Holiday Rate: 1.5x regular hourly rate on holidays Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Support staff trained in Hematology/Oncology Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout assignment What You’ll Do Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care at St. Anthony Hospital Perform bone marrow biopsies and assist with chemotherapy programs Manage 15-18 outpatient visits daily, including consults Support clinical team with direct patient care and procedures Collaborate with ARNP and nursing staff Support outpatient chemotherapy and related treatments Ensure compliance with EMR documentation using ECW and Meditech What You Need Valid medical license in Oregon (or in process) Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology Minimum 2 years of outpatient hematology/oncology experience Skilled in bone marrow biopsies and outpatient cancer care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a reputable hospital in Pendleton, OR, providing outpatient hematology and oncology services.
