We are seeking a Technician - Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity in Sacramento, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair garage doors, openers, hardware, and related mechanical systems.
- Install new garage doors and garage door openers for residential customers.
- Diagnose repair needs, explain service options, and provide estimates that include materials and project scope.
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email regarding repairs, estimates, changes, and completion timelines.
- Perform work in compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with management to resolve issues, schedule work, and support same-day installation needs.
