This is a Recruiting Business Partner role supporting Amazon's hardware engineering hiring efforts.
The team structure consists of:

Sources who identify and engage candidates

Recruiting Business Partners who manage the recruiting process through offer stage
This role owns:
- Candidate screening and assessment
- Hiring manager partnership
- Interview coordination and process management
- Offer creation and approval process
This role does not own:
- Offer negotiations
- Candidate closing activities after the offer is extended
A separate recruiter handles candidates once the offer has been made.
