Key Responsibilities- Provide call-only coverage with a required response time of 30 minutes.
- Manage an average of 5 to 6 patients during a 24-hour call period.
- Work within an inpatient setting, including patient admissions.
- Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) experienced in urology.
- Perform general urology procedures (adult) with a fellowship required.
- Utilize advanced skills in endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries, preferred.
- Consider a locum-to-permanent position if desired.
- Fellowship training in general urology is mandatory.
- Experience in advanced surgical techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of three board-certified surgeons.
- Hourly pay ranges from $220.00 to $275.00, depending on various factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
