Key Responsibilities
  • Provide call-only coverage with a required response time of 30 minutes.
  • Manage an average of 5 to 6 patients during a 24-hour call period.
  • Work within an inpatient setting, including patient admissions.
  • Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) experienced in urology.
  • Perform general urology procedures (adult) with a fellowship required.
  • Utilize advanced skills in endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries, preferred.
  • Consider a locum-to-permanent position if desired.
Qualifications
  • Fellowship training in general urology is mandatory.
  • Experience in advanced surgical techniques is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team of three board-certified surgeons.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly pay ranges from $220.00 to $275.00, depending on various factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
