Job Description We are seeking a Non-IT Project Manager, Operations Strategy & Execution Enablement (SEE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives across operations, financial management of programs, and executive stakeholder engagement and a proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, customer and employee experience, and operational metrics. Responsibilities: Execute initiatives that support U.S. Bank Operations strategy from ideation through benefit realization. Lead end-to-end lifecycle including scoping, funding (CapEx and OpEx), execution, risk and issue management, and governance. Design and deliver project plans, charters, roadmaps, and status reporting using SEE standards. Create stakeholder reporting and communications tailored to senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Provide governance and cadence management for complex, multi-area initiatives across Operations and enterprise partners. Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners to drive decisions and outcomes. Support financial management, benefits tracking, and performance measurement for assigned initiatives. Contribute thought leadership on operations, banking trends, analytics, and consulting practices within the SEE team. Participate in training, user readiness, and evaluation activities to ensure successful implementation. Manage project team performance and support continuous improvement of SEE standards and practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven project and program management in operations or strategy execution within financial services or similar regulated environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in benefits modeling, KPI design, and performance tracking. Effective communication and stakeholder management with demonstrated executive presence. Experience managing budgets, CapEx and OpEx funding processes, and financial reporting for initiatives. Ability to govern cross-functional teams, manage risks and issues, and drive decision-making in ambiguous contexts. Experience level: 5+ years in project or program management roles or equivalent consulting experience. Preferred Skills: Background in banking operations, risk, or process improvement methodologies.
