Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, five days a week with options for 8-hour or 4/9-hour shifts
- Shifts: One evening shift weekly; one weekend day required each month
- Patient Load: 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 patients per 9-hour shift
- Patient Demographic: Primarily serving Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Care Focus: Primary care, preventive services, and same-day care for patients aged 6 months and older
- Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with at least 1 year in primary care
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Work Environment: Fast-paced; adaptability and flexibility are crucial

Hourly pay ranges from $70.00 to $90.00.
