Position Details: Client: Banking Job Title: Workday Compensation Consultant – Advanced Compensation Job Type: (Hybrid – 3 day onsite, 2 day remote) Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 Duration: 05 Months Contract + (Possible Extension) Schedule: Mon-Fri: Basic Business hours Start date: ASAP - Apply Now! Pay-range: $50-$53/hr Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and support testing and implementation within Workday. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and enhance Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation solutions, including merit increase processes. Gather and document business requirements, processes, data flows, and user experiences. Create Business Requirement Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Track deliverables, dependencies, and progress using Jira/Agile methodologies. Provide subject-matter expertise and mentor team members. Required Skill: Strong hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation. Workday configuration and administration experience. Experience with end-to-end testing and implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skill. Experience working in Agile/Jira environments preferred.
