Construction Worker

Insight Global is seeking General Construction Workers to support a leading provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, with this role specifically focused on their prefabricated housing builds. This individual will support the assembly of modular housing structures in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction or carpentry and is comfortable using tools, following layouts, and contributing to efficient production workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work across various shifts while playing a key part in delivering high-quality, scalable housing solutions.

Must-Haves:

• Experience in at least one of the following:
• • Carpentry
  • Drywall installation
  • General construction
  • Insulation installation
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools (drills, grinders, etc.)
• Strong work ethic with ability to meet production pace
• Comfortable working in a physical environment (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
• Commitment to safety standards on job sites

Plusses:

• Experience working in prefabricated or modular construction environments
• Ability to read and follow layout/assembly instructions or blueprints
• Previous experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing settings

Day-to-Day:

• Assemble prefabricated housing components including wall panels, drywall, and insulation
• Perform general carpentry and construction-related tasks
• Use hand and power tools to install and secure materials
• Follow layout instructions to ensure proper alignment and fit
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
