• Schedule: 4 days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Patient Load: 18 to 20 patients daily.
• Setting: Rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Experience Required: Women’s health, specifically IUD and Nexplanon insertion.
• EMR Systems: Familiarity with OCHIN or EPI is necessary.
• Chronic Health Experience: Knowledge in managing diabetes, hypertension, and asthma is essential.
• MAT Waiver: Helpful for supporting addiction treatment.
• Commitment: A long-term commitment of 5 to 6 months is preferred.
