Join Our Team as an OB/GYN Physician

We are a well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group located in Dubuque, Iowa, and we are looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Physician to enhance our team.

Become part of a collaborative group of five experienced OB/GYN physicians. Our organization fosters strong teamwork and cooperation with MercyOne Magnet Hospital.

Position Overview
  • First-year compensation: $450K+ including relocation and sign-on bonuses

Schedule & Practice Structure

Experience a well-organized and predictable work schedule:

  • 3 days in clinic
  • 1 dedicated surgery day
  • 1 call day per week
  • Weekend call: 1:5 (potentially 1:6)
Practice Highlights
  • Join a team of 5 OB/GYN physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
  • Over 650 deliveries annually with consistent patient volume
  • Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery at MercyOne
  • In-house services include ultrasound and comprehensive OB/GYN procedures
  • 24/7 nurse triage support to minimize after-hours responsibilities
  • Integrated care model with strong referral networks across primary care and specialties
