Job Title: Dietary Aides / Dining Servers Duration: 2 + months Work Schedule: Will Be Decided During The Time Of Interview Pay Rate: $ 21.13/hr on W2 without benefits Job Description: Proper kitchen experience required. Need to know and able to answer basic kitchen questions - temperature danger zone, holding temperatures, food allergy/cross-contamination risk. Tray Line, Meal Service and Food Cart Distribution - portions hot/cold food items onto trays, monitors temps, loads meals into food carts for distribution, delivers food carts to teams. Safety and Sanitation - cleans and sanitizes production area, dining room, kitchen equipment and kitchenware, diet office, bathroom, etc. Assists with Production Cooking - under direct supervision, assists with preparing, portioning, seasoning and cooking all menu food items. Production Cooking - prepares meals using standardized recipes, written instructions, portion sizes, production sheets, food safety guidelines, and a variety of commercial food service equipment. Assures food is attractive, appetizing and at proper temperatures. Proper kitchen experience required.
