REGISTERED NURSE

Position: Registered Nurse

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role involves providing resident-focused care within a 24-hour nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
• Develop and regularly update personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assist both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Advocate for residents' dignity, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Foster open communication and provide education to residents and their families.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork, and ongoing quality enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
