Job Description

The Executive/Director of Project Management will oversee high design property-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget for both this restate firm and external partners. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results in the property industry. Our client is looking to build a division around this individual. Client Details The company is an international firm that operates in the luxury commercial, hospitality and residential real estate space and offers opportunities for professionals to contribute to impactful projects both in the US and further afield, including London. This role is based virtually with offices in LA and NYC. Description Plan, execute, and manage property-related projects from start to finish, both ground up and redevelopment, all high design, luxury and with projects in the US and overseas. This individual will act as the in-house Owner's Representative for projects developed by this firm in addition to acting as the Construction Manager for external partners. The goal is to develop a team around this individual who will have C-Suite exposure. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation. Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout project execution. Maintain clear communication with all project participants to ensure alignment. Profile A successful Executive/Project Manager (title is open) should have: Experience managing sizable, high design projects from start to finish in a highly investor facing role, working with famed architects and designers. Will have worked for both a developer or construction manager and either a contractor or engineer or architecture firm. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with project management tools and software. A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
