Locums PA - Family Practice Position in CA

Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, five days a week with options for 8-hour or 4/9-hour shifts.
- Shifts: One evening shift weekly and one weekend day each month.
- Patient Load: 20-24 patients during an 8-hour shift; 25-27 patients during a 9-hour shift.
- Patient Demographics: Primarily Spanish-speaking families working in agriculture, ages 6 months and older.
- Care Focus: Primary care, preventive services, and same-day care in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care.

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
