Facilities Supervisor
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join a well-established company within the Medical Device industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional looking to take a leadership role in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, overseeing facilities, utilities, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical knowledge, leadership experience, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments.
Responsabilities:
-Supervise Facilities and Maintenance operations.
-Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
-Supervise technical personnel and contractors.
Monitor facility equipment, utilities, and related systems.
-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
-Coordinate resources, priorities, and maintenance activities.
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within Facilities operations.
-Review maintenance KPIs, work orders, and equipment performance.
-Support facility-related projects, upgrades, installations, and modifications.
-Ensure proper documentation of maintenance and engineering activities.
