Job Summary
A growing manufacturing organization in Downey, CA is seeking a Client Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused account management professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, coordinating order details, and helping customers receive accurate, timely support.
The Client Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customer accounts, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, track requests, and support a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts, providing professional and timely support.
- Coordinate customer orders, service requests, account updates, and issue resolution with internal departments.
- Communicate with production, operations, shipping, and administrative teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain accurate client records, order details, follow-up notes, and account documentation.
- Monitor deadlines, respond to inquiries, and proactively follow up to support customer satisfaction.
- Identify service gaps, escalate concerns when needed, and contribute to process improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Downey, CA.
