Job Summary
We are seeking a Harvest Worker for a temporary contract opportunity in Seward, NE. This hands-on role supports soybean harvest and seed processing activities in a team-oriented production and operations environment.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy active work, working both indoors and outdoors, and contributing to an important seasonal harvest operation. The role offers steady weekday hours, competitive hourly pay, and the potential for assignment extensions. Key Responsibilities
- Harvest and process soybeans as part of seasonal production operations.
- Perform threshing and seed processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collect, record, and enter harvest-related data using Microsoft Office.
- Work safely in indoor and outdoor conditions throughout the assignment.
- Support team members during peak harvest periods, including some overtime or weekend work as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Assignment type: Temporary contract with possible extensions.
- Location: Seward, NE.
- Work environment: Indoor and outdoor harvest and seed processing work.
- No laboratory work involved.
