- Deliver professional nursing care to patients with diverse diagnoses, adhering to established nursing care standards.
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients, particularly in situations that may lead to a crisis.
- Act as a team leader during patient emergencies.
- In high-acuity or crisis scenarios, may serve as a staff RN in the ICU, ED, or other designated areas as needed.
- Assist with the admission and discharge processes, ensuring efficient patient flow and handling necessary paperwork.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Current NM Nursing license or NM compact license (to be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hire or transfer into the position, prior to providing direct patient care.
- ACLS and PALS certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
