Quick Facts Location: 1001 Sam Perry Boulevard, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 Start Date: 08/06/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing or as specified Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no overtime) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Per diem or contract (as applicable) Licensure/Certs: State medical license, DEA, relevant certifications Experience: Prior hospice/palliative care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (rate subject to review and discussion upon application) Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide compassionate hospice and palliative care to patients in accordance with care plans Collaborate with residents, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with patient assessments, comfort management, and end-of-life discussions Document patient interactions accurately in medical records Educate patients and families about care options and support options Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols What You Need Valid medical license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Prior experience in hospice or palliative medicine preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care About the Assignment Join a compassionate team dedicated to delivering quality hospice and palliative care in a welcoming facility.
