This contract role is perfect for a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist seeking a full-time opportunity for the fall semester. The assignment spans from October 1, 2026, to December 2026 and involves working onsite with a dedicated educational community.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and valid School Psychologist licensure in Illinois is required
  • Proven experience delivering psychological services in a school setting, particularly at the middle school level
  • Strong ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide both direct and indirect support to students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, support staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment and ensuring student well-being

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services to middle school students, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide consultation, recommendations, and support for families and staff regarding students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
