Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
• Develop and manage tailored treatment plans for individuals.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide training and support to parents to enhance their involvement in the treatment process.
• Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals to facilitate client progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience in providing ABA services, particularly with children and young adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment strategies.
