As a participant in the Skills Advancement Training Program, you will:
\n- \n
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care \n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed \n
- Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions \n
- Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate supervisor or physician \n
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care effectively \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation \n
- Promote a safe care environment while adhering to infection control and universal precaution standards \n
- Build confidence in delivering skilled nursing care through hands-on experience and mentorship \n
? Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
\n? Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
\n? Current CPR Certification
\n? Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
\n? Passion for learning and delivering exceptional patient care
