Responsibilities Open and process escrow/title files. Review contracts and lender instructions. Order and track title work, payoffs, HOA documents, taxes, and other closing items. Clear title requirements and monitor deadlines. Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
