What We Provide:
  • A flourishing OB/GYN practice

  • Approximately 80 deliveries each month

  • Deliveries occur at a Level II Trauma Center located just 2 miles from our outpatient clinic

  • 1 in 5 hospital call with partial midwife assistance

  • On-site advanced ultrasound technology

  • Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists available for OB ultrasound readings and high-risk patient consultations via telehealth, as well as phone support for providers

  • C-section rate maintained below 20%

  • The only practice in the area offering Trial of Labor After Cesarean (TOLAC)

  • Comprehensive gynecological care, including menopausal hormone therapy and transgender treatments

  • Gynecological surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures

  • A supportive team comprising RNs, CMAs, experienced on-site ultrasound technicians for high-risk OB scans, and bilingual medical interpreters

Compensation & Benefits:
  • We offer a competitive total compensation package, starting with an annual base salary of $280,000, along with an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend

Qualifications Required to Join Our Clinical Team:
  • MD or DO degree with completion of an OB/GYN residency

  • Board eligible or board certified

  • Possession or ability to obtain an unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA

  • Approval for hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and gynecological surgeries

  • Preference for or experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Community Health Center (CHC), or Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH)
