Site Manager - Freelance Contract

Site Manager - Marham - 1 Month

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a strong groundworks background to join them for for at least the next month in a project in Marham.

The ideal candidate, will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks packages and MUST HAVE either an in-date DBS (Issued within the last 6 months) or MOD Security Clearances.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
\n
• MUST HAVE: In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances
\n
• Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.
\n
• Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
\n

Key Duties:

\n
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
\n
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
\n
• Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
\n
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
\n
• Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
\n
